From The Bad Guys.
If there is one thing that Mr. Wolf (Sam Rockwell) and his friends do well, it is pull off beautifully planned crimes all across the city. The brilliant planner Wolf, the tech-savvy Ms. Tarantula (Awkwafina), the lock-pick extraordinaire Mr. Snake (Marc Maron), the disguise guru Mr. Shark (Craig Robinson), and the crew’s strong man Mr. Piranha (Anthony Ramos) have worked together as the Bad Guys for years with limitless success and fun… to the angry disappointment of police Captain Luggins (Alex Borstein). When Wolf gets the idea to steal the prestigious Golden Dolphin award–a job that has led to the capture of every criminal that has tried to steal it before–Snake leads the rest of the crew in rejecting the idea. However, when Wolf tells Snake that this year’s Golden Dolphin recipient will be the guinea pig Professor Marmalade (Richard Ayoade), the Bad Guys begin planning the heist. The night of the heist quickly rolls around and all of Wolf’s plans begin falling into place, but when he saves an old lady from falling down the stairs, she thanks him for being such a good boy, and that throws him off his game just enough to get the Bad Guys captured. While Luggins and Mayor Foxington (Zazie Beetz) are ready to lock the crew up, Wolf convinces Marmalade that they’re bad because people have always seen them as bad, so the professor offers to help them become good. The Bad Guys can’t believe that Wolf is trying to go good, and even though he swears it’s all show to get a second chance at the Golden Dolphin, something begins to change in him. As Marmalade’s work with the Bad Guys draws to a close, they make some alarming discoveries, but getting someone to believe them will be their hardest job yet.
