“The end.”

From The Boss Baby: Family Business.

Years after Tim (James Marsden) saved the world with his business-focused baby brother Ted (Alec Baldwin), they’ve grown apart as adults, especially now that Ted uses money to fill the gap created by his absence. Tim loves the life that he’s built with his wife (Eva Longoria), daughter Tabitha (Tabitha Greenblatt), and new baby Tina (Amy Sedaris). However, Tabitha’s enrollment in her new prestigious school–the Acorn Center–has her pulling away from Tim as she tries to act more mature. When Tina speaks to Tim and announces that she works for BabyCorp, he isn’t super surprised since he remembers his adventure with the baby-led company, but her request for him to get Ted back to help again leaves him feeling hopeless. Tina is able to trick Ted into coming to visit and she then tells the brothers that the Acorn Center’s founder, Dr. Armstrong (Jeff Goldblum), is using his schools to plan something evil. Tina then shows Ted a BabyCorp formula that can turn him back into a baby for 48-hours, but sibling rivalry pushes Tim to drink some formula as well. Changed back to a child and baby, the brothers begin planning how to get close to Armstrong, but their constant bickering makes everything challenging. BabyCorp gets Tim and Ted enrolled at the Acorn Center, and Tim is delighted to find himself in Tabitha’s class, but he’s upset to discover she is dealing with some bullies (Raphael Alejandro and Serenity Reign Brown) and fear over her part in the upcoming Christmas pageant. So while Ted learns Armstrong’s evil plan, Tim befriends Tabitha to help her, though the arrival of the brothers’ parents (Jimmy Kimmel and Lisa Kudrow) makes things more difficult. When working on their own leads to dangerous consequences, Tim and Ted must find a way to work together again to save the world as time is quickly running out.

This hilarious equel revives the fun wit that made the 2017 original such a hit. The story is moving and engaging, especially when combined with the impressive cast and bright animation. Overall, the jokes and action are family-friendly which makes Boss Baby: Family Business a must-watch adventure for viewers of all ages.
