From The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part.
Five years after Emmet (Chris Pratt) and Lucy (Elizabeth Banks) defeated President Business (Will Ferrell) and saved the world, they now find themselves facing an even greater danger: aliens from the Sis Tar System. Everything is no longer awesome and is turned into a dystopia full of sadness and despair, but things really spiral out of control when General Mayhem (Stephanie Beatriz) arrives in a spaceship and kidnaps Lucy, Batman (Will Arnett), Unikitty (Alison Brie), MetalBeard (Nick Offerman), and Benny (Charlie Day). The kidnaped friends are taken off to the Sis Tar System to meet Queen Watevra Wa’Nabi (Tiffany Haddish) who is actively planning a matrimonial ceremony of questionable intent. Desperate to save Lucy and prove that he can grow up, Emmet builds a spaceship and launches himself off in pursuit, but shortly after passing through a portal to the world outside, Emmet finds himself lost and in danger… until Rex Dangerfield (Chris Pratt) and his army of velociraptors swoop in to save him, that is. Rex agrees to help Emmet navigate his way through the terribly pink Sis Tar System; when the pair arrive, they discover that everyone but Lucy has been brainwashed by Queen Watevra in preparation for her ceremony. So the small band of plastic heroes decides to stop the ceremony, destroy this strange planet, and save their friends before the queen’s evil plans kick off Armomageddon (Maya Rudolph). Emmit fully commits to being tough for Lucy, but as with any good adventure, not everything is always as it seems.
This sequel to the 2014 original is hilarious from start to finish! Overflowing with big actors and surprising cameos, the voice actors leave nothing to be desired in this movie.
